Francis gets a Ramp

When you have a short dog that likes your bed, what do you do? Leg extensions? Make him sleep on the floor? Not with a face like his! You build him a ramp (that includes a nightstand for your things)! 

I used a building technique similar to what I used for my bed frame and am in the process of getting the stain close to that of the bed (I am still using the same batch of stain I used on the bed, just need to add another coat or two to the ramp).

When you have a class to prep for Monday, contract work to complete, and 5 looming application deadlines what better to do with your free Saturday then make stuff (and watch copious amounts of internet TV; Game of Thrones, Season 1, check!)!

My niece will be playing with this purse for Valentine's Day & my French press will keep coffee and tea warm longer.
