Tree Sweater 2008


For the past two Christmas' I have knitted a tree sweater for my dad & sewn it onto a highly visible ginkgo tree in his front yard. I think it is hilarious! He acts like it is not a big deal, but I know he secretly loves it - kind of like when my sister, mom & I put pink, plastic flamingos in his yard when I was still in high school - they were there for nearly a year...I think he likes it best because it is sort of embarrassing for our neighbors - they think our family is crazy...imagine living next to the Griswold's...
